BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
Booking for grazing boxes and boards require a minimum of 48 hours notice unless otherwise agreed .
For events catering for more than 10 people , a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking .
ALLERGENS
All allergens must be declared at the time of booking. Due to the nature of our kitchen and the possibility of cross-contamination, we may not be able to accommodate all allergy requests.
All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles the 14 major allergens, in line with Food Standards Agency guidelines:
Celery
Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats)
Crustaceans
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Molluscs
Mustard
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, Brazil nuts & macadamias)
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Soya
Sulphur dioxide (sulphites)
Please note that we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from traces of allergens.
Popcuterie accepts no liability for any adverse reactions caused by undeclared allergies or as a result of cross-contamination during preparation.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Customer may cancel their order within 72 hours of booking for a full refund .
After this time , all payments are strictly non-refundable due to the preparation and sourcing of perishable goods .
DELIVERY
Delivery withing Abingdon (OX14) is included where agreed . Deliveries outside this area are charged at £1 per mile .
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control .
Once your order has been delivered , responsibility transfers to the customer . We are not liable for any damage , loss , or food safety issues after delivery .
